MY TOURS OF NEW YORK

Our tours are managed and organized by our company and normally we use to mix customers coming from different hotels: it's our intention to give you the best service we can and to accomplish this goal I do not work with groups or share participants coming from different parts of New York. We chose to work as private tour guide because the history of New York requires a lot of attention and rushing ( like groups normally do ) is the worst thing that can happen when visiting the big Apple.

HOW WE PERFORM OUR SERVICES

My service is personal and genuine and normally starts meeting the customers at their hotels or accommodation. Sometimes, due to the high season or because your hotel is too far from the city center, we use to meet customers directly at the monuments.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT

During the high season period and highly trafficated months we'll ask you to submit a non refundable deposit through paypal to honor your reservation. The balance will be due directly in cash dollars at the end of the tours. I do not accept payments through credit cards as I do not take credit cards to guarantee the reservation of our tours.

ITINERARY CHANGEMENTS

We constantly study and strive to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - I reserve the right to vary itineraries.

BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS

The person initializing or modifying the booking shall be deemed to have accepted the privacy policy of this website.
